Job Description:
OHI is seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting the institute's educational programs, attracting new students, and building strong relationships with potential applicants and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Promote OHI's academic programs and courses to prospective students.
- Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential applicants.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Provide accurate information about programs, fees, and admission requirements.
- Represent the institute during school visits, exhibitions, and career events.
- Maintain a database of leads and track all sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive enrollments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
