Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. The Sales Specialist will also be involved in training new staff, managing sales teams, and developing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and enhance team sales skills
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
