Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their purchase decisions, managing sales transactions, providing product information, and maintaining the store's presentation. The Sales Specialist will also participate in sales training and contribute to sales management strategies to achieve store targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide training and support to team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of jewelry and luxury experience 5 years
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
