Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
AI Trainer
to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive AI training programs for both
companies and individuals
. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of artificial intelligence applications, prompt engineering, and business automation, along with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into engaging, practical training content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course & Material Development

  • Develop and structure AI training curricula tailored to corporate teams and individual learners.
  • Create presentations, slide decks, and educational materials that simplify AI tools, automation, and workflows.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect the latest AI trends, models, and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Sora2, Veo3.1 etc.).
  • Develop hands-on exercises, case studies, and assessments for learners at various skill levels.

2. Training Delivery

  • Conduct live workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions on how to use AI tools effectively.
  • Customize training sessions for corporate clients based on their industry and business needs (marketing, HR, finance, operations, etc.).
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to help participants implement AI in real-world use cases.

3. Consultation & Implementation Support

  • Assist organizations in integrating AI tools into their daily workflows.
  • Demonstrate practical AI use cases that drive productivity, cost savings, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with client teams to measure impact and suggest continuous improvements.

4. Research & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and prompt engineering.
  • Explore new AI tools and platforms to enhance the training offering.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, teaching, or public speaking—preferably in technology or AI.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and practical applications (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Notion AI, etc.).
  • Ability to design structured learning materials and engaging presentations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing AI use cases for corporate teams.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, Araby AI, etc.).
  • Previous experience in instructional design or learning & development.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
