Job Description

We are seeking an experienced R&D professional with proven training expertise to deliver a 3-day intensive training program on AI applications for Research & Development. You will deliver innovative training that enables R&D professionals to leverage AI technologies to multiply their research efficiency and innovation capabilities. This assignment includes international travel with all expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive 3-day training curriculum on AI applications in R&D
  • Cover practical AI tools for research, data analysis, and innovation acceleration
  • Create and present real-world case studies from various R&D environments
  • Teach AI applications for literature review, predictive modeling, and research automation
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops with interactive exercises
  • Provide implementation roadmap and post-training support materials
  • Customize content based on client's industry and specific needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of training and development experience
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications in research contexts
  • Experience with data analysis tools and research automation platforms
  • Strong presentation and curriculum development skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Availability for 3 consecutive days plus travel time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous corporate training experience in Gulf region
  • Knowledge of AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, research assistants, etc.)
