We are building a platform that helps users improve their knowledge through interactive voice-based sessions powered by AI agents. We help instructors—from university professors to corporate trainers—build AI-powered learning experiences that students actually engage with.

We're not replacing teachers. We're giving them tools to scale what they do best: creating moments where students think, practice, and discover.

The Role

Your core responsibilities:

Course Operations (40%)

  • Design and build exceptional courses on the Lyah platform
  • Establish course creation best practices and documentation
  • Train clients on effective course design and pedagogy
  • Identify opportunities to automate course creation workflows

Account Management (40%)

  • Own relationships with client accounts
  • Monitor course performance and student engagement
  • Identify patterns in how different institutions use Lyah
  • Translate client feedback into product requirements

Community & Content (20%)

  • Create tutorials, videos, and documentation
  • Build our knowledge base for instructors
  • Share best practices across our user community

You'll become Lyah's #1 power user while ensuring our clients succeed.

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer instincts:
    You build genuine relationships with clients, understand their needs deeply, and take their success personally. Account management feels natural to you, not transactional.
  • Tech-savvy with AI:
    You're comfortable with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering. You experiment with new tools and understand how systems work, even if you don't code.
  • Systems thinker:
    You naturally look for ways to make processes more efficient. You're methodical about documenting insights and think in frameworks, not just case-by-case.
  • Educational content expertise
    : You've designed courses or training programs before. You have good pedagogical taste—you can review learning materials and immediately spot what works and what doesn't.
  • Self-directed:
    You take ownership without being asked. You're proactive about identifying problems and solving them before they become issues.
  • Excellent communicator:
    You communicate clearly both internally with the team and externally with clients. You write well, create engaging content (videos, tutorials, documentation), and can present complex ideas simply to different audiences.
  • Product intuition:
    You spot patterns across user behavior and feedback that others miss. You naturally translate customer insights into product requirements and can articulate what features would make the biggest impact.
