Job Description

— a leading medical education and healthcare media platform — is looking for a dedicated Education Account Officer to manage and grow our educational partnerships, online courses, and training programs. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting medical education and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Course & Instructor Management

Coordinate with professors, medical experts, and instructors to schedule and organize online courses and live sessions.

Follow up regularly with lecturers regarding materials, session dates, and updates.

Assist in preparing course content, outlines, and promotional materials.

  1. Student Coordination & Support

Manage student inquiries before, during, and after the course.

Share course details, help with registration, and provide guidance on payment methods.

Ensure smooth communication between learners and instructors.

Track attendance, manage replay access, and handle certificates.

  1. Operations & Administration

Create registration forms, maintain course databases, and monitor enrollment numbers.

Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare announcements, campaigns, and social media posts.

Support backend operations on related to course uploads and content publishing.

  1. Account Management & Follow-Up

Maintain strong relationships with partner societies, foundations, and medical instructors.

Ensure all course requirements are delivered on time and at high quality.

Prepare periodic reports on course performance and learner feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred).

Strong communication and follow-up skills (written and verbal).

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Good understanding of medical education is a plus.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable using online tools (Google Forms, Zoom, Sheets, etc.).
