Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of electrical technicians and contractors.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, panels, and equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to identify issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments, ensuring corrective measures are applied.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of maintenance materials.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, downtime, and system performance.
  • Participate in planning and execution of facility upgrades or new installations.

Job Specifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent (a higher degree is preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in electrical & Maintenance supervision.
  • Strong background in electrical systems, light current systems (FA, FF, CCTV, access control).
  • Experience in leading teams within an industrial or facilities maintenance environment.
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
