Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm Misr El Qadimah for the role of Quality General Manager in Garment Manufacturing. The role involves overseeing quality control systems, ensuring production standards are met, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. The Quality General Manager will work closely with production teams to address quality challenges, train staff on quality assurance processes, and maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Leadership in driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality outcomes is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Quality Management and Assurance: Experience in managing quality control systems, implementing quality assurance practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills to oversee teams, provide guidance, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Garment Manufacturing Expertise: Knowledge of garment production processes, techniques, and manufacturing standards.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze quality challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication and Training: Proficiency in effectively communicating quality goals and training staff in quality assurance procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and consistently achieve quality benchmarks.
  • Relevant Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience in quality management within the garment sector is highly desirable.
