We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead one of Baron Hotels and Resorts' properties and drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership across all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance guest experience, revenue, and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower department heads to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strengthen the property's market position through innovation, service excellence, and brand reputation.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager within luxury hotels or resorts (mandatory).
  • Strong operational background with proven success in Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop department heads.
  • Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and delivering profitable results.
  • Proven track record in guest satisfaction improvement and maintaining high service standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation, improve processes, and implement service enhancements.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, health & safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Fluent in German (mandatory requirement) and English.
