smart, active, and ambitious B2B Sales Business Development
to help us expand our partnerships across Egypt.
Role Overview
As a B2B Sales representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting OutingMood's unique corporate and educational outing solutions.
Your mission is to connect us with
HR managers, office managers, school administrators, and university activity coordinators
.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B clients: companies, schools, universities.
- Reach out through calls, LinkedIn, email, and field visits.
- Present OutingMood's corporate outings & team-building services clearly.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up until closing.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with events and operations team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Keep CRM and reports updated.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong personality, confident, organized, and hungry for growth.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose solutions.
- Passion for events, outings, and team-building activities.
- Active, energetic, and comfortable meeting clients in person.
- Good English is a plus.
- Owns a laptop (preferred).
