Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Cosmetics Distribution Manager located on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing distribution networks, managing relationships with retailers and suppliers, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of cosmetic products. The Cosmetics Distribution Manager will also evaluate market trends, develop distribution strategies, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize supply chain operations. Additionally, the role will require regularly reporting on distribution performance and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge in supply chain management, logistics, and distribution processes within the cosmetics industry
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with retailers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management tools, forecasting methods, and data analysis techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership, team management, and the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively
  • Flexibility to work on-site and manage local operational challenges
  • Prior experience in the beauty or retail distribution sectors is a distinct advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
