Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an International Markets Director in the cosmetics sector. The role involves leading the strategic business planning and market entry initiatives, managing international sales operations, and ensuring successful project execution. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, driving market access strategies, and overseeing cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role also requires close collaboration with global partners to expand market presence and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in identifying market trends and opportunities
  • Proven abilities in Business Planning and Sales management within international markets
  • Experience in Project Management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge and expertise in Market Access strategies and implementation
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in the cosmetics sector
