Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves developing and implementing performance-driven marketing strategies to optimize conversions, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive growth, and fostering excellent relationships with clients to understand and meet their specific needs. The individual will analyze campaign performances and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy aligned with growth and business objectives
Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition journeys across digital marketing channels for different training programs
Develop monthly and quarterly growth plans covering budgets, channels, funnels, and KPIs
Forecast performance using historical data and defined growth targets
Lead structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and channels
Manage and scale paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads (mandatory); test TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X
Optimize bidding, targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies to drive leads and enrollments
Track, analyze, and optimize conversions; identify funnel gaps and performance opportunities
Build dashboards and deliver clear performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with actionable insights
Set up and manage GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution tools to ensure accurate measurement
Drive high-quality lead generation and improve lead quality through smarter targeting, creatives, and landing pages
Collaborate closely with sales and CRM teams to ensure proper lead tracking, follow-up, and retention
Partner with content, design, and management teams to support growth initiatives
Mentor junior team members and contribute innovative ideas to improve performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Analytics (advanced degree a plus).
4–6 years in performance/growth marketing or Media buying.
Experience in the educational field is a plus
Experience in the GCC market, especially in Saudi Arabia.
Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy and the ability to create and implement effective performance marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Market Research and analytical skills to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for improvement.
Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service abilities to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience and knowledge in Sales and lead generation tactics to drive revenue growth effectively.
Ability to present insights.
