Visa Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership
Manage day-to-day visa operations for multiple destinations.
Develop and implement efficient workflow processes and SOPs.
Monitor visa applications, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate visa officers and team leaders.
Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development.
Allocate tasks, set targets, and monitor results.
- Stakeholder & Embassy Relations
Maintain professional relationships with embassies, VFS, and consulates.
Stay updated on immigration policies, changes, and requirements.
Resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Experience
Ensure high quality and accurate visa submission.
Handle VIP clients, escalations, and service complaints.
Improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
- Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs, revenue, and monthly performance.
Prepare regular reports and improvement plans.
Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
- Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with legal, security, and document verification standards.
Maintain data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in visa operations, preferably in the Egyptian market.
Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation, and embassy processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
