Job Purpose:

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting operations by maintaining proper financial records, supporting financial controls, and enabling reliable reporting in line with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day accounting transactions including revenues, expenses, payables, and receivables
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and journal entries in ERP/accounting systems
  • Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, suppliers, customers, and balance sheet accounts
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing financial schedules and management reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards
  • Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, and operational departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial and accounting data
