- Negotiate and purchase advertising inventory on various channels, including social media, display networks, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to ensure optimal delivery and budget efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align media buys with overall campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and new advertising opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and technology partners.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage and track media budgets, ensuring accurate allocation and timely invoicing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, digital advertising technologies, and best practices.
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in media buying, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, etc and programmatic buying tools.
- Proven experience managing paid social media and digital ad campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret campaign metrics, and optimize for performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing media budgets and delivering campaigns within allocated resources.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
