Job Overview:

  • Responsible for all daily activity for one or two Production units and seek to achieve the unit plan after communication with his supervisor. Evaluate the Employees' performance and their training needs.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Communicate with the warehouse team for dispensing the materials either Raw materials or Primary &secondary packaging materials.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards required by law and company policy.
  • Implement job-related training for all employees in his\her department.
  • Issue a Job order for any machines Breakdown.
  • Responsible for certain a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards.
  • Communicate with his supervisor to put the daily plan and seek to achieve it at an appropriate time with high quality.
  • Check on implementation of SOP for any Machine either operation or cleaning.
  • Monitors and take appropriate timely improvement action to meet production quality and quantity.
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques in cooperation with his supervisor.
  • Check on following all batch record instructions as it and report any deviation that occurs.
  • Batch record closing on time and reconcile every step after the end of each process.
  • Communicate with the planning team to achieve the daily activities as planned.

Job Specification:

  • Education: Bachelor of pharmacy or Science.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: good manufacturing practices, good in computer, qualified to work in a group, Leadership skills.
