Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt, with an option for partial work from home. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure, including network administration and security. Key duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, ensuring system reliability, and managing security measures to protect company systems and data.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Network Administration and Network Security
  • proficient in using Microsoft 365
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies is an advantage
