Global Development Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Location:
Cairo, Egypt

The Global Development Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 plays a key role in driving technical excellence and innovation across the global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This position is responsible for defining and implementing the overall development strategy, ensuring high-quality delivery, and maintaining strong alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. The incumbent leads both internal and external teams to guarantee scalable, secure, and efficient system performance across all regions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the global development strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance & Operations and Power Platform
  • Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to best practices in solution design, development, and integration
  • Manage and mentor internal development teams across multiple regions
  • Oversee third-party development teams from Dynamics vendor partners, ensuring quality, accountability, and timely delivery
  • Promote DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Establish and enforce development standards, documentation protocols, and security guidelines
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (X++, C#, JavaScript, Power Platform)
  • Strong understanding of D365 Finance & Operations and Azure services
  • Demonstrated success in managing third-party development teams and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps and enterprise integration frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Decision making skills
