Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and fluent English-speaking Sales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients from Europe. The main responsibility is to explain our dental treatment packages in Turkey, answer inquiries, build trust with clients, and guide them through booking their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients across Europe via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Present the company's dental treatment services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Understand client needs, provide accurate information, and recommend suitable treatment packages.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule treatment appointments in Turkey.
  • Maintain records of leads, calls, and conversions on CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Good phone etiquette and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
