We're hiring a Business Development Specialist to play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning VibrantMK's research solutions as the go-to partner for brands seeking actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and passionate about turning consumer intelligence into business growth.
You'll fit perfectly if you have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields, 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Market Research, Marketing, Consulting, or Data Intelligence firms, strong understanding of marketing research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, social listening), excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, strong analytical mindset and ability to understand industry trends, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools, familiarity with outreach platforms such as Apollo is a strong plus, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and fluency in English (spoken and written).
If you're interested, your responsibilities will be:
Business Development & Lead Generation: To identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors, build a strong pipeline of prospective clients, conduct full market research, and prepare tailored outreach sequences for each client segment.
Client Relationship Management: To build long-term relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospects and existing clients, translate their needs into actionable research proposals, follow up on proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Proposal Development & Pitching: To collaborate with research teams and prepare comprehensive, customized, and compelling proposals that communicate methodology, value, and expected outcomes, and to present VibrantMK's capabilities and solutions professionally and engagingly.
Coordination with Market Research Team: To be able to work closely with the Research Manager and analysts to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
Internal Reporting & Performance Tracking: To maintain accurate records of leads, clients, proposals, and performance metrics in CRM systems, track conversion rates, revenue targets, and pipeline progress.
