Qualifications

  • Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of
    civil shop drawings
    ,
    as-built drawings
    , and
    3D/4D BIM models
    (roads, utilities, earthworks, structures)
  • Develop and maintain
    BIM models
    in compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client standards
  • Coordinate with
    architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure
    teams to resolve design conflicts through clash detection and model audits
  • Prepare and verify
    quantities, BOQs, material take-offs
    , and support cost estimates using BIM tools
  • Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, IFC documents, and ensure proper technical compliance on site.
  • Issue
    RFI's
    , technical queries, and follow up with consultants/clients for approvals
  • Support construction teams with detailed
    method statements
    , technical submittals, and shop-drawing releases
  • Assist in scheduling integration (
    4D BIM
    ) and progress tracking through model updates
  • Ensure all documentation is properly archived and updated in accordance with project procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Civil Engineering
    (Master's is a plus)
  • 7–12+ years
    experience in civil engineering, with strong exposure to
    technical office
    and
    BIM workflows
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit
    , and other relevant BIM software
  • Strong understanding of
    infrastructure works
  • Solid knowledge of
    construction methods
    , specifications, and industry standards
  • Excellent
    technical report writing
    , documentation, and communication skills
