Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Senior BIM Mechanical Technical Office Engineer
, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling day-to-day technical office activities related to mechanical systems, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) tasks. The engineer will oversee design coordination, technical submittals, shop drawing generation, and providing support to ensure high-quality project execution. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and addressing technical issues, ensuring compliance with project standards, and liaising with team members and clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in BIM Module
  • Minimum Experience 5 years
  • Strong understanding of general Maintenance practices
  • Experience in mechanical systems design and coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in BIM software (
    Revit, Navisworks, etc.
    ) and other technical tools
  • Previous experience in construction or contracting industries is preferred
