Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Water Way Mall 1, Building 2, Floor 1

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team, with a focus on fit-out and interior design projects. In this role, you will lead mechanical design efforts and oversee the development of high-quality BIM models, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of mechanical systems using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and accurate design integration

  • Conduct and oversee clash detection and resolution

  • Review and produce detailed mechanical layouts and construction drawings

  • Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery with technical guidance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 5–8 years of experience in mechanical design and BIM implementation

  • Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.

  • Solid background in fit-out and interior design projects

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
