Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Assistance Ambassador based in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional service via multiple communication channels such as email, phone, and chat. The role ensures customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and maintaining professional interactions. The English Customer Assistance Ambassador will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and contribute to continuous process improvement in customer support.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills for delivering exceptional assistance and resolving issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing customer inquiries across multiple channels such as email, phone, and live chat.
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
  • Fluency and professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles; experience within e-commerce or fintech industries is a plus.
  • Flexible approach to dynamic work environments and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
