Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Ambassador, located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and representing the company's commitment to service excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and effectively handle customer inquiries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with customer service tools and systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
