Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an English Customer Assistance Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The representative will strive to enhance the customer experience by providing clear communication and exceptional support. They will be a key point of contact between Tabby and its customers, focusing on delivering seamless and professional service aligned with company values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with a dynamic team.
  • Previous experience in a related field or industry is an advantage.
