Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Research key industry trends across entrepreneurship, tech, and the creative economy in the Middle East, Africa, and globally.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to define session formats, content themes, and speaker targets across each stage.
  • Draft and refine session titles, formats, and descriptions that reflect the Summit's theme and disrupt the status quo.

Speaker Relations

  • Identify and approach high-potential speakers, including founders, VCs, operators, creatives, and policymakers.
  • Manage communication with confirmed speakers: briefing them on expectations, coordinating session prep, and collecting needed materials (bios, photos, deck, etc.).
  • Act as the speaker's main point of contact before and during the Summit to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of similar role experience
  • Startups Ecosystem Knowledge/Exposure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for startups and innovation
  • Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in high-pressure environments.
