Role Description

We are seeking a Tele-Sales Agent for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Ahram. The Tele-Sales Agent will handle client communication, actively promote products or services, and close sales over the phone. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role also involves achieving sales targets and collaborating with team members to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent support.
  • Proven sales experience, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with insurance services or previous experience in a related field is a plus.
