We are looking for a highly motivated
Tele-sales Team Leader
to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance tele-sales team, achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets, coaching agents, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a tele-sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance ( Conversion – Quality – Attendance – ACW).
  • Provide regular coaching, sales techniques, one-to-ones, and performance feedback sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance guidelines, and sales processes.
  • Analyze team performance reports and recommend improvement actions.
  • Coordinate with Workforce, Training, and Quality teams when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in tele-sales with at least
    1 year in a supervisory/Team Leader role
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent reporting skills and KPI understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Preferred experience in fintech
