Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include selling products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves educating customers on services and ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient communication and support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products or services is a plus.
  • Experience in Training or mentoring team members is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is preferred.
