Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Execution

  • Assist in gathering, refining, and prioritizing product requirements from internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product roadmaps and write detailed PRDs/user stories.
  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with the engineering team.

Customer & Market Understanding

  • Understand the needs of corporate clients—HR, procurement, and CX teams—and translate them into product opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor tools and market trends in B2B gifting, procurement, and loyalty domains.

Operational Excellence

  • Help optimize internal tools used for B2B order management, account handling, bulk customization, and fulfillment tracking.
  • Support automation initiatives across workflows like quote generation, PO processing, and gifting CRM integration.

Data & Metrics

  • Analyze usage patterns, funnel data, and client feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Track product KPIs (conversion rates, quote-to-order time, repeat usage) and report to product leadership.

Skills And Qualifications
Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or operations (preferably in a B2B SaaS or e-commerce setting).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Looker, or GA.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; experience writing clear product specs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for solving real customer problems and attention to user experience.
