Role Description

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Network Security skills
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology principles and practices
  • Proficient in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
  • Excellent Customer Service skills using ticketing system
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 Years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
