Winners is hiring an experienced Team Leader to oversee our HR Services Operations team.

We're looking for a professional with solid experience in outsourcing operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven record in managing teams within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the HR Services Operations team to deliver high-quality service.


• Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure targets are consistently met.


• Coach and support team members to enhance performance and productivity.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.


• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain workflow efficiency.


• Prepare and present performance reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications:


• 3–5 years of experience in Outsourcing / HR Services companies.


• Proven background as a Team Leader or Operations Supervisor.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent organizational and time management

skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

Work Conditions:


• Full-time, on-site position based in Dokki.


• Priority will be given to candidates who are ready to start immediately.
