The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Interior Architect (L5) to join our Technical Department. This senior role oversees all technical operations, documentation, BOQs, and contracts across multiple projects, particularly in hospitality. The L5 will lead the entire technical team (L1–L4), coordinate directly with the Technical Manager and CEO, and serve as the Project Angel or departmental representative in key executive and client meetings.

Responsibilities:


• Lead technical deliverables across hospitality projects, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with GG&Grace methodology.


• Review and validate BOQs, technical scopes, contracts, and consultant agreements.


• Mentor and evaluate L1–L4 team members, driving a culture of precision and continuous improvement.


• Conduct final quality control sign-offs for all technical documentation and drawings.


• Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and consistency.


• Collaborate with leadership on value engineering, tender reviews, and project variations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.


• 8–10 years of experience in interior or architectural technical documentation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects and teams.


• Expert in AutoCAD and strong command of Revit; BIM management experience preferred.


• Proven experience reviewing contracts, BOQs, and project scopes.


• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Experience in hospitality projects is highly preferred.
