Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Proposal Engineer, located in Heliopolis. The Senior Proposal Engineer will oversee the full tendering and business development cycle, including reviewing RFPs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal design and engineering teams. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting detailed market and competitor research, and leading lead-generation activities. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering presentations, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring high-quality, timely tender submissions that align with the studio's strategic goals.

Qualifications


• Strong analytical skills with expertise in evaluating RFPs, project requirements, and tender documentation


• Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals within the design, architecture, or engineering sector


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders


• Proficiency in lead generation, opportunity tracking, and market research


• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service


• Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute business development plans


• Experience in contract review, commercial terms, and coordination with legal and technical teams


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field


• Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines


• Familiarity with architecture, engineering consultancy, or construction-related industries is a strong advantage
