Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Engineer specializing in Electrical systems, located in Heliopolis. The Senior BIM Engineer will oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to create, analyze, and optimize electrical system designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing detailed construction drawings, collaborating with design teams, coordinating MEP design with other disciplines, and ensuring compliance with international and local standards. The candidate will also support project teams by providing technical expertise in electrical engineering within the BIM-based design framework.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its implementation in project workflows
  • Expertise in generating accurate and detailed Construction Drawings and documentation
  • Comprehensive experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong knowledge of Architecture and Civil Engineering principles as applicable to building design and construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM software
  • Project management experience and familiarity with construction industry standards are a plus
