Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist, based in Heliopolis. The BIM Specialist will focus on coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for projects while collaborating closely with project teams to ensure effective implementation. Their daily responsibilities will include working with BIM coordination, producing accurate 3D models, managing submittals, and handling architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of projects. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local and international design standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in BIM Coordination processes
• Strong background in Architecture and experience with designing and modeling
• Knowledge and skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to manage and review submittals with accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams
• Experience with construction document development and adherence to standards
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
