Title : Senior Project Manager

Scope of the Role

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of 3D visualization projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural design background and proven experience in managing visualization teams.

This role requires balancing technical understanding, creative direction, and project coordination between designers, 3D artists, and clients.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple
    3D visualization projects
    from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and visualization teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Review and ensure the
    accuracy, realism, and quality
    of 3D renderings, animations, and presentations.
  • Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, technical challenges, and workflow issues.
  • Coordinate between internal design and visualization teams to align creative and architectural intent.
  • Prepare project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Support the business development team in preparing proposals and visual materials for new projects.

Job Competences

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project planning, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of
    architectural design concepts
    and visualization processes.
  • Familiarity with
    3D visualization software
    such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, and Unreal Engine.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Professional Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture
    .
  • 6–9 years of professional experience
    , including at least
    2 years in a project management role
    within architectural visualization or design firms.
  • Proven track record in managing
    3D visualization teams and client-facing projects
    .
  • Strong background in architectural design and spatial understanding.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
