Scope of the Role

Support the design team in developing creative and functional architectural concepts, producing high-quality drawings and visual materials under the guidance of senior architects, and contributing to the successful delivery of architectural projects.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to schematic stages.

· Produce high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations.

· Conduct site analysis, research, and collect design references.

· Prepare mood boards, diagrams, and conceptual design materials.

· Collaborate with senior architects and design teams on various project tasks.

· Revise designs based on feedback from team leads and clients.

· Support the preparation of tender documents, design reports, and project presentations.

· Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations

Professional Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in an architectural firm or design-related environment.

· Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.

· Basic knowledge of architectural design principles, codes, and construction methods.
