Job Summary:

The Director of Sales Development and Acceptance play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's sales strategy. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring the Sales Development and Acceptance teams operate in full alignment with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Development and Acceptance teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate insights to enhance decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the company's reach and acceptance footprint.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

·       Develop, implement, and maintain effective sales strategies for the company.

·       Generate actionable sales insights through data analysis and market research to guide decision-making for Sales department.

·       Monitor sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on goals and drive unified efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the fintech or Banking sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, sales processes, and acceptance technologies.
