Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Sales Director. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales team. The Director will also be responsible for establishing sales targets, analyzing sales data to improve performance, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure the achievement of sales goals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and the successful completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • Sales management and strategy development skills
  • Experience in client relationship management and team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales data analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a Must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
