Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site
Human Resources Manager
to join our team at our office in
Qesm El Zamalek
.

The HR Manager will lead all HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This role is critical in ensuring HR compliance, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR policies, oversee workflow systems, ensure accountability across departments, and support staff and leadership with strategic HR guidance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, structure, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Maintain effective employee relations and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, benefits, and compensation structures.
  • Create and implement systems to track employee performance, responsibilities, and workflow.
  • Monitor departmental productivity and ensure employees meet their responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and organized workplace culture.
  • Handle HR operations under tight timelines and high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Solid understanding of employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong personal presence and the ability to set structure and enforce accountability.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in events, creative industries, or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are highly advantageous.
