Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing human resources (HR) practices and policies, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management, and ensuring adherence to organizational and legal standards. Daily tasks include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and providing HR support to ensure a positive workplace environment aligned with company goals and values.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management
  • Strong understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements
  • Experience in Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles; experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Egypt
