Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Gezira Travel. The position is located in Qesm El Zamalek. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee records, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Skills in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to conduct training and development programs
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR management role
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
