About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized
Office Administrator
to join our team in Cairo. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting teams and executives, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and organizational support to managers and teams
• Handle ad-hoc requests from management and team members
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, mail, faxes, phone calls)
• Organize and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
• Maintain internal document storage and tracking systems
• Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, and documentation as required
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage follow-ups
Qualifications
• Proven experience in
Administrative Assistance
or
Executive Administrative Support
• Excellent
English communication skills
(written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication
• Familiarity with
social media platforms
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
