Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi for an Arabic Talent Acquisition Specialist. The specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. They will also play a key role in enhancing employer branding efforts to attract top talent aligned with the company's culture and goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting is required.
  • Strong skills in Interviewing candidates across various roles.
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment or similar industry is a plus.
