The
Insurance Representative – Sales
is the key point of contact between our organization and our accounts/clients in answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish new business through organizing sales activities and presenting products details.
  • Ensure that the targets are met.
  • Communicate with clients before the insurance policies expiration to facilitate renewals.
  • Follow up on claims at the branch and review claim-related documents before contacting insurance companies.
  • Assess insurance coverage for vehicles at the repair center.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Establish strategic relationships with internal departments (Production, claims & Finance).
  • Develop long-term sustainable business relationships with our accounts/clients.

Required Qualifications and Skillset:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in car insurance claims.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Presentable
  • Excellent Sales skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills with an ability to build close relationships.
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients.
  • Presentation Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
