Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Cairo with occasional opportunities to work from home. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, explaining products and services, and tailoring insurance solutions to meet client needs. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, building a sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Customer service and relationship management capabilities
  • Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Familiarity with life insurance or takaful products is a plus
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is advantageous
